Although we are a wonderful breed, indeed, it is best to check and see if owning a Jack Russell Terrier is right for you. We are so cute as puppies but can be a real handful sometimes, needing lots of exercise and tender loving care. Sadly, even the Jack Russells who have gone on to fame and fortune, such as Moose ('Eddie' from Frasier), Wishbone, and others started out as cute puppies and wound up in shelters awaiting an uncertain fate.
